John Weiland is busy organizing our upcoming season at the Card Sound Range. Please mark your calendars for Opening Day: Tuesday December 3rd, 10am to 3pm. Going forward the days and hours will be Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 10am-3pm. No reservations needed. Rod and Gun members must accompany their guests.
The Card Sound Range, which is located on Card Sound Road has clay target ranges for Trap, Skeet, and Five Stand Sporting Clays, as well as an Air Rifle target range. There is also a fun Archery range/course with 3D Animal targets at varying ranges.
RodandGun.Org is our newly updated website and it is a wealth of information at your fingertips! What days are the Range Open? Click the “Clay Target” on menu at the top and you will read Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 10am-3pm. There is a Google map link for exact driving directions. There are great photos of the Range and a fly over video on the website! Click the News link for the latest happenings.
The Card Sound Range is seasonally open December through mid-April. The usage fees are $30 per round for members and $35 for guests of members (one box of 25 shells). Guns are available to rent for $50 per day.
